As part of our preparation for Proclamation Day we wrote some new Proclamations for a New Generation. We discussed how we would like Ireland to be from now on. We also talked about the hopes for Ireland of the men and women of 1916. We then divided into four groups and we wrote our new proclamations.
One of our Proclamation Day activities was to record ourselves reading our proclamations to the whole school. The following are the proclamations we wrote and under them the recordings we made.
