Distance Running

On 20th of January 2017 we started training to build up to run 1 km. We started by running 500m around the junior yard. Our Irish Reading

Rocky Mountain Scratch Projects

As part of CODEWEEK.EU 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th classes created a programme in Scratch to teach the tune “Rocky Mountain”. 5km run/jog/walk

The 5 km run/jog/walk was a fundraiser for Lumcloon N.S. in Lough Boora Discovery Park. It was held on Sunday 25th of September 11.00 am.  There were prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd runners and no prizes given out to walkers/joggers and if pupils got €30 sponsorship on their support sheet they got to go in for free.
